This is THE BEST auto shop you’ll find in Syracuse. I went to Firestone just for a vehicle inspection, and the guys there hit me with a $3,800 estimate to pass the inspection. I couldn’t afford that, so I brought my car to Bob’s Garage. A few hours later, Bob told me I’d better bring a bag of money. I thought, "Shit, it’s probably cheaper than Firestone but still at least $1,000." But guess what, it only cost me $10!!! That’s right—just $10. Ever since then, I’ve been a loyal customer at his auto repair shop.
The service here is just outstanding. My car was fixed and left like new for an affordable cost. The personal is very friendly. The manager (Mike) goes above and beyond. He is very friendly, professional, transparent, honest, and communicative about what is going on with the car. Totally worth it and suggested! I would give them 10 stars if I could Lol!
