I would give him zero if that was an option. Extremely disappointed with the service. I had my duct cleaning done from Rick . Bill was significantly high . I was expecting a bill around $250. But he counted way too many ducts and told me he would do duct sanitation for $59.99. Never did the sanitation but still charged me . Ducts weren’t even clean and be tells me it is from previous years for about a brand new built house . Would not even recommend this guy for free .

Really nice guy. cleaned our furnace and our ducts gave me a few tips on maintenance We'd definitely hire again.

Absolutely unbelievable to me that in a city where most of the houses were built before 1970/80, Rick would tell me to “sell my house” because there is a very small amount of undisturbed asbestos tape on the intake ducts, mind you this was said without even seeing the house or ductwork. I understand the dangers behind asbestos, but being talked down to and told that my son and husband will have cancer in 5 years because of said tape is insane. Rick came to my house today to clean my ducts and plus , he did a fantastic job, I recommend ac furnace to any one I have use hem on the pass , because he is the you can trust, very honest, and his job is top the line, if you need your furnace clean he is the guy,
