I would take some of these positive reviews with a keen sense of legitimacy. We got our ducts clean after seeing this ad for a good price. Rick responded and said he can come the next day (red flags), and came with this big old vacuum that he hauled into our living room. He started to clean the ducts, drilled holes in to our ducts, and low quality duct tape. Another larger company who came and installed our AC said he used the wrong materials.
