Send help! My legs have been worked to their breaking point. These classes are just what my neglected body needed.
As a first time gym goer I felt very comfortable and welcome here. I had/have no idea what I'm doing in a gym but the coaches provide professional atmosphere and guidance for whatever level you're at. Even the other gym members were friendly and helpful. Kendra was a fantastic coach!
