Scam artists. I had a monthly membership and tried on 3 occasions to cancel my membership after I moved out of state and could no longer use it. Each time the person on the phone said they would cancel it but then never would. I would keep getting billed. I finally had to cancel my credit card to make the charges stop. A few months afterwards, I get a collection notice in the mail saying that I owe them hundreds of dollars for a membership that I haven’t used in years. Do not trust these people.
Worst gym I’ve ever been too, half the machines broken down, people playing scream-o music and slamming weights on the floor, can’t figure out billing. Terrible, uncomfortable atmosphere. Planet fitness is a million times better. Don’t waste your money.
