Customer Service Concerns - I had a patio, side walkway, and steps installed about two years ago. Recently, several pavers became loose. Per the principal contractor on my project, the work is still under warranty, so I contacted the company for assistance. I was told I would receive a call back, but several weeks have passed with no response. Disappointing customer service and lack of follow-through on a warranty issue.
A 21 month project that went bad due to failed communication from the company resulted in the final project. I am very pleased with the work of the teams. Alberto took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to ensure I was given the attention that I should have been given due to lack of communication from the beginning of the project. If you want results or dissatisfied, ask for Alberto. He will ensure you receive the project for your outdoor oasis.
