REVISED Review 2.17.24: Upgraded from 2 star to 3 star. Ace Fence finally provided a Fix for the Broken Gate Latches. So far its holding up. Horrible Experience with Ace Fence. 1st - They lied about the lead time for the PVC Fence they sold us. They told us 2 weeks, it took 4 months. They failed to tell us the materials were being delieved from China. Due to winds from bands from Hurricane Helene my fence completely fell leaving my pets running around wild. Luckily, ACE Fence was still working through it all. They had someone come out within a half our of contacting them! They provided me a temporary fix to solve the immediate issue to keep my pets in the yard, and we were able to sign a contract to replace all of the fencing. From start of call to finish, they were compassionate and helpful and did an amazing job. I look forward to continue working with them!!

They did a large install for me two years ago and was pleased. One section of the fence they did not do work on the initial install of the new fence was leaning. They came and everything. The installer worked through the down pouring rain and cleaned up everything. Great job and very happy
