Terrible - fence was installed right at a year ago and have had nothing but problems. They had to come out and fix things multiple times after installed and now beams are rotting, the gates are already sagging, boards are bowing and the fence is so unstable. Not to mention communication is also not great. Had to reach out multiple times to get things fixed and now that my fence is falling apart, no one will contact me and doesn’t seem like they are willing to fix!
The site says that they service winston-salem but they sure enough DO NOT. if you want to have the phone hung up on you, just mention that the site says that it serves winston.
Ace has built a back yard fence twice for my parents. Once in 1992 and once in 2009. Both have stood the test of time and will continue to look wonderful and serve their purpose. Thanks Ace!
