Terrible customer service from an absolutely awful woman who hung up the phone on e twice as I was asking questions. Run far if you want a professional experience...but if your for people who just hang up on you because they dont know the answer than this is your company.
Sou aqui do Pernambuco, Camaragibe, Brasil. e ganhei um Grapeador (usado) deste fabricante. Acredito que ele tem uns 50 anos, e ainda funciona perfeitamente. fiquei curioso por o produto nao ser brasileiro, fui no mapas Google procurar saber se a empresa ainda existia. e para minha surpresa achei a fábrica. Nao sei bem se o estado é "Nova jersy". Vou adicionar uma foto do grampeador para saber qual o ano de fabricação? E saber se alguém tem um deste? Obs: produto alta Qualidade. Nao sei se fabricam ainda com a mesma qualidad... read more

I have been trying to order 4 staplers for 3 months. Each time I call I have either been told that the salesperson is away or the manager is in a meeting. I have spoken with the same person each time.,and I feel like I am getting a run around. I have done business with Ace for 35 years . My calls are NEVER returned and each time I have called the man who answers the phone is very rude and apparently is not familiar with customer service. I was also hung up on . Is there someone there that wants to make a sale .
