Sou aqui do Pernambuco, Camaragibe, Brasil. e ganhei um Grapeador (usado) deste fabricante. Acredito que ele tem uns 50 anos, e ainda funciona perfeitamente. fiquei curioso por o produto nao ser brasileiro, fui no mapas Google procurar saber se a empresa ainda existia. e para minha surpresa achei a fábrica. Nao sei bem se o estado é "Nova jersy". Vou adicionar uma foto do grampeador para saber qual o ano de fabricação? E saber se alguém tem um deste? Obs: produto alta Qualidade. Nao sei se fabricam ainda com a mesma qualidad... read more

I have been trying to order 4 staplers for 3 months. Each time I call I have either been told that the salesperson is away or the manager is in a meeting. I have spoken with the same person each time.,and I feel like I am getting a run around. I have done business with Ace for 35 years . My calls are NEVER returned and each time I have called the man who answers the phone is very rude and apparently is not familiar with customer service. I was also hung up on . Is there someone there that wants to make a sale .

There are no better staplers made than Ace staplers. Also, little known fact, no manufacturer makes a better variety of standard staples than Ace. It is top quality. Little emphasis is placed on how well the staple is that we use, but the thickness and kind of varnish on the staple (the coat that keeps the row of staples together) is very important.
