I recently ordered a full event display set (backdrop, floor stand and counter) and the team at Ace Displays was great! I got the help I needed with my design and their customer support team was really responsive with the shipping changes that I needed to make at the last minute. The items turned out better than I expected and everyone at my team is happy with the result. I would recommend them 10/10 and will use them again in the future.
I have done business with Ace Displays for many years and have never had even a questionable experience...always fantastic. The quality and value of their products are second to none. Our events and trade show booths shine (sometimes literally) due to our Ace Displays. I have also worked with their Senior Account Manager, Branden Ivy, for quite a few years. ACE Displays has been a pleasure to work with. Luke Smith, especially, has been remarkable. He is always quick to respond and super patient with vendors (like me) who sometimes have crazy last minute needs / timelines.
