Ace Environmental was a sanity saver! Fast, efficient, friendly, and very happy to share information. I had popcorn ceiling and wanted removed for a smooth finish. I hired a contractor who seemed legit with good reviews on Google. The contractor came and did the work (low quality at that). As the contractor was leaving he asked how old the house was to which he replied, "Oh, then there's probably asbestos in the ceiling but you'll be okay." WHAAAAAA???? I am sure they are good at what they do, but they're pretty entitled parking their work trailers and trucks encroaching on handicapped parking stalls.
We hired ACE environment for the removal of asbestos dry wall and linoleum from the lower floor of the house. Kam and Ash and their crew did a fantastic job. We were able to work from home on the upper floor for the entire duration of the project and our main concern, dust in the air, was non-existend. The area was left spotless at the end, both the floors and the walls. We highly recommend them and we are very happy with their services.
We were told the lead testing cost for us would be $350. You can imagine our shock when presented with a bill for almost $600. This was VERY misleading, as each sample the tester took cost $40, unbenownst to us. The testing itself was fine. Beware.
When I contacted Ace Environmental and spoke with Ash, he was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I was in need of hazardous material testing done with a report and he took the time to explain the process to me. When I called him to book the testing he was able to get it done right away! The testing was completed and the report was ready quickly. I would highly recommend Ash and Ace Environmental and I would definitely use this company again!
