Mechanics are good and helpful, but Kelly is rude and unprofessional. We will not be doing business with them again because of her.
If you break down around the Ohio/West Virginia line Marietta/Williamstown. I recommend these guys!!! Changed out a hub on a 7k axle roadside! Thank you!!
Called to get a quote they only do trucks and semi trailers. Had to ask if it was Ace. Seemed like a personal line rather than a business.
Kelly Pratt helped alot. I needed a roadside service, she was the only serivice that answered my call so early in the morning. She assured me that she will get to me when her mechanic is available. She went beyond my expectation, & gave me several other tire services around that can help me if I couldn’t wait her for like an hour! I was late for my delivery appointment!
