Our experience with ACE has been frustrating and exhausting from start to finish. While we do acknowledge the improvements made by their current team, the numerous issues we encountered make it hard to recommend them fully. After doing my homework on companies in my area and systems for my home, and speaking with Mike Simons of Abode Energy Management (who highly recommended Ace), I chose Ace Energy to retrofit my home for heat and AC. I worked closely with Derek and John who were fantastic. They came up with a solution for our basement, main floors and upstairs bedrooms. We worked with ACE on a whole house ducted heat pump system after speaking with several installers. ACE’s focus on building science gave us the input we needed to shift from our old oil system in an 1850s house. We’ve been through a couple of months of cold temps so far, and heat pump performance has been excellent. Great experience overall…highly recommended!
