I am surprised at other people's Google rating, so I'd like to share my experiences with this company: I've been a customer for 10 years, and ACE Elevator's whole team has been nothing but responsive, competent, and honest. They offer a reliable monthly service and are prompt and fair with service calls. By no means am I their largest customer, but they have always made me feel appropriately prioritized. Questionable ties to the events of Sep. 11th. Why were you there when the elevator systems were done by otis? If there is nothing to hide then come forward with an internal investigation

Strange this company got the World Trade Center elevator contract over Otis. Otis maintained the elevators in the WTC prior to this company modernizing them. You would think two giant skyscrapers would go with one of the big 4 elevator companies not some random one. Seems strange.
