A very misinformed reviewer left a 1 Star review for not only something that occurred well over 25 years ago, but was a national tragedy which was not caused by this business. The Ace Elevator they're mistakenly reviewing (again, 25 years after the fact) was located in Palisades Park, NJ and filed for bankruptcy in 2006.

I am surprised at other people's Google rating, so I'd like to share my experiences with this company: I've been a customer for 10 years, and ACE Elevator's whole team has been nothing but responsive, competent, and honest. They offer a reliable monthly service and are prompt and fair with service calls. By no means am I their largest customer, but they have always made me feel appropriately prioritized.
