Had a service person to do "ESTIMATE " FOR A SMALL JOB. They showed up late and gave us an estimate of over \$450. Paid them their \$39 dispatch fee and sent them on their way.. What a rip off.. My husband went and got the parts for less than \$50 and did the job himself.... WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! NEGATIVE STARS...CALL ANYONE ELSE !!!!!!!

Consumer Alert!!! Buyer beware!! First off they wont even come to your house without you having to pay a 69.00 dispatch fee (waived if you use their service). All I wanted were wires run for 3 ceiling fans and 3 fans installed. For 3 Fans to be wired and installed they wanted 1957.34. Thats 652 a FAN!!!!! It gets better though then they try to sell me a protection plan for 169.95 and I get 15% off services making the new price with plan 1836.02! Making price per fan 600. So all he did for his 69.00 fee is look at the breaker... read more

I used their services in January and they held on to my credit card information and charged me in JULY! They say its because of a billing oversight. While perfectly legal since they did perform a service it is incredibly unethical to put a \$170 charge through 6 months after the fact without notifying the customer. You can bet Ill find an electrician that has better customer service and doesnt hold sensitive information for half a year!
