I am unable to find Chameleon Construction LLC, which is owned by same person, so I'll leave my review on here. We used Adams construction company to redo our stucco with synthetic srucco and paint our trim. The price was reasonable and the work was done in about 3-4 days. Adam mentioned numerous times about the ten year warranty included with the synthetic stucco work which we liked. We were very happy with the outcome. Adam put 200amp service upgrade for my house and everything went smoothly. I appreciated his calls after the job to ask about my feedback.
I called several companies for estimates. ACE was the first to respond and ended up saving more than expected. Adam did the estimate and seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and responded quickly. ACE definitely exceeded my expectations! Not only was their work clean and precise, but they took the time to explain the work being done.
