We just recently had service performed by Ace. They exceeded our expectations. Long story short...we thought we had a small issue, but it was actually a really big issue. They worked with their suppliers and went above and beyond to prevent what could have been a very costly generator replacement. They are all very professional and are excellent at what they do. We have added Ace Electric to our list of reliable repairmen.
Dan and Jake from the Washington office did an awesome job! Kept everything underbid, even negotiated with Alliant Energy to keep costs down from their end as well. They were personable, communicative and did not make me feel like a nuisance for asking questions. They worked quickly and efficiently and my yard does not look like a war zone. Thanks guys! I hope I never need your help again but I'm sure I will and I'll know who to call!
