Apart from anything else, dealing with the owner is frustrating and a negative experience. Mostly due to his rude demeanor and contentious manner which makes any attempt to ask questions or do business a huge hassle. Avoid.
The staff at Ace are very dedicated and a pleasure to work with. I have had many opportunities to work with them over the last few years and I have always had a positive experience.
