Cut hole in wall in wrong place in wall, had to demand it be fixed. Denied responsibility for other outlets not working, after they installed a separate outlet. Overcharged for parts. BOB was gaslighting, making excuses for no follow up. Texted messages contained wrong dates. He is a legend in his own mind., but clearly cannot perform. $ 642.+ price to install a 220 outlet 30 ft from breaker box.
