Did a great job unblocking a toilet back in September 2023. At that time they took pictures whilst on site, & they were to provide an estimate for dealing with an overflowing drain and blocked down pipes. Nothing urgent, but a problem that needed sorted. Roll on to May 2024 and a follow -up call on a Friday to get the estimate from them.
