Had a clog that a plunger was not able to clear and I called for help at night. I said it was not urgent since it seemed to be the only toilet effected in the house and there were other toilets that could be used in the mean time but I would like it taken care of as soon as they could get someone out. First thing in the morning, like 7am a man named Ikaika came (showed up right on time!) and was friendly, polite, and super professional. He had it fixed and working again in like 20 minutes. The gentleman Lorenzo who came to fix the leak from a pipe of the upstairs unit was very friendly, however, he failed to tell us that they had no intentions of cleaning up their mess. We gave permission for him to cut 2 huge holes above our bathtub for them to access the broken pipe easier. I would imagine anyone would assume that if you are going to cut holes in someone's ceiling, that you would replace it to how you found it.
