Cleaning went great, first time visit was told I needed my wisdom teeth taken out. Never been told that before. Whole appt took hour and 40 mins. Long wait. I would never come here again. Kind of scary place. Then make you sign an agreement for services where price is left blank. Dentist said ‘ ill take em out now and it’ll take a few mins’ I was like what are you saying, not happening. She said oh come on, it’ll be quick. I am not somebody who shy's away from honesty. With that being said, do not go here. Go somewhere else. I swear to God, go somewhere else. I'm begging anyone who reads this review to go somewhere else. The front desk receptionists are sweet. The Lead dental tech is nice, hardworking, and respectful. He tried his best to make sure my experience was a positive one. He's a good dude who means well and deserves a nicer place to work. This one star is for them and them only. I was charmed by the staff, at first BUT BEWARE. Make sure you get your estimates in writing!! I was told my crown would cost $850, I didn't get it in writing. When I arrived I was told my copay would be $200 and using a credit card would add to the cost. I had the work done but had to return more than once due to "'complications" with their equipment. My husband and I were assigned to this dental office by our insurance, and after talking to Sharae on the phone and checking out their reviews, we were pleased. When we visited on Friday, however, our experience was less than satisfactory. James and Sharae were wonderful by the way, so this review isn't about them.
