Serious concern about patient safety and allergy handling by hygenist. A hygienist named Vida performed my cleaning for the second time (randomly assigned), and both times my gums bled a lot and were painful for two days afterward. I get my cleanings regularly every four months, and I have never had any bleeding or pain before, so this was not normal for me. We found dr Rahgozar accidentally while looking for a family dentist and can’t thank him enough for his excellent work. He is professional yet down to earth. Consulting with him about what the best course of action is, was pleasant and easy, as he keeps the best interest of the patient in the forefront. Thank you Dr Rahgozar!

I visited this dental office for a check-up and had the pleasure of meeting Vida. She helped me with X-rays and performed a dental cleaning, which was the best I’ve ever had. Vida was incredibly kind and professional—truly the best person I’ve met since arriving in Canada as a newcomer. She helped me a lot and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I sincerely thank Vida for her support and understanding. I highly recommend this dental office!
