I dropped my FUNCTIONING motor scooter off at Ace Cycle Repair for electrical upgrades a few weeks ago. I had previously rebuilt the engine and added many upgraded parts and just wanted the electrical to be as nice as the mechanical side of the scooter. I was given a physical quote on a paper for $200 by the owner and told that if the total would exceed that I would be notified and asked for permission to continue the work.
