My son experienced a serious issue and the owner personally reached out to me and resolved the issue. This is the only barbershop in the area that has barbers who know how to cut afro hair, I wish I had discovered it sooner.
I have been in roosters several times. They provide a good service and prices are competitive. I decided not to continue going there because I feel they do not care much about their clients. I went yesterday with an appointment, drove about 20 minutes and when I got there they told me that their computer was not working and they only took cash at that moment. Arrive at 905 am store was open and a guy out front smoking just shrugged his shoulders when I asked what was going on.🤨
The staff are friendly, the shop is clean, and the service is top notch. Richard, who has cut my hair for a couple years, has moved to the Gardens location. I'll definitely be back!
