This was our second time working with Cody. The first time he installed a front door—no issues at all and fairly priced. This summer, he built us a deck and updated our outdated indoor bannister. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My husband usually handles building projects himself and is very particular, but even he was impressed with the quality of Cody’s work. We highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.
We chose this local company to come frame our home. We bought and provided lumber, paid in cash, offered water to drink frequently, and turned the AC on in our gutted home (providing great work space and experience). He put up a wall that is 4 inches off from the wall upstairs where our stairs are going to lead to. This first mistake is setting us back from putting our stairs up.
