Had some issues with the evaporative cooling in our new rental, within 2 days they had the new sensor and approval from the landlord and had the job done in this current 27-30 degree weather. They were transparent with their availability and what the actual issue with the system were and what needed to be fixed and were in and out without messing around. Also lovers of dogs and were happy to meet my staffies wants of a little bit of play after the job was done which is a tick in my book
Came to fix heater, issue not fixed and constant electrical noise coming from the ceiling since you have been here
