We used Ace for a basement project late last year. We didn't own the house when we got the estimate, and we started with about 4 companies. Of those, I narrowed it down to 2 for an actual in person estimate, and Bryant's vision and knowledge was off the charts, way better than anyone else's. His quote came in at nearly the lowest, but more importantly, it was obvious from the beginning he would do quality work. We used Ace Construction/ Basements Etc for our basement finishing this summer. I'm normally suspicious of a company without many reviews, especially for a large and expensive project. However, we saw a neighbor using their services, so decided to get a quote.
