Tyler came out today to fix another company's mistake on my has fireplace. He was professional, lovely, knowledgeable, and stayed late to finish the mess someone else created. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Tyler!!!
Ace Construction and Fireplace replaced my wood burning insert, hearth tile, and wood in the builders box chimney due to a small water leak. I'm happy with the work and we have used the fireplace this winter. It works great. I held off on posting this review because I wanted to repaint the mantel before posting pictures, but haven't got around to it yet. I will use Ace for fireplace for maintenance and any future work that I need.
Had wonderful service from Ace! Tyler cleaned our gas fireplace, upgraded us to a remote control, and positioned our logs beautifully. Highly recommend this company! Susan C
Tyler did a great job replacing our fireplace's original gas log set. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable from the start to finish. He went above and beyond to draw a picture of how to use the system and included written directions as well in terms that are easier to understand than the directions. Thank you!
