It was a pleasure working with the team at ACE Fireplace to get my ancient gas log replaced. From the initial contact to being presented with options and recommendations, the estimate for the complete work scope and the install everyone was easy to talk to, work with, and I was kept well informed about prices and appointments. I am very happy to have a functional fireplace again, I feel that I received value for my money and that I was in good hands. Thank you!!
Highly recommend Ace Fireplace. Tyler did a great job! They were available within two weeks of calling for service and the pricing was very fair.
Tyler did a great job evaluating our gas log fireplace and was very thorough in cleaning it, assessing its components, and checking for gas leaks. He explained to me what he was doing and why at various points in the process, and I know much more about our fireplace and am confident that it it is in good working condition after Tyler's visit.
Tyler was great! He was very professional and efficiently took care of my fireplace; repairing a small part and was educational about the need for its replacement and the process.
