I don't know what awards this clown has supposedly won, but he is seriously lacking in honesty, compassion and excellence. He likes to write glowing accolades about himself in the third person, but does not back it up with his actions. He has no integrity and is extremely cringy. 🤡

I started going to this clinic 17 years ago. I feel much better now than l did 17 years ago. Also Dr. Matsushita educated me how to eat healthy and how to stretch. I am very grateful 🙂

Stay away from this clinic. They are scammers. I called the clinic and explained my problem. The doctor told me that he could help, but first I had to come in for a free consultation so they can assess and ask questions. Then doctor would need to do some tests, which would be covered by insurance. I agreed. Ten minutes later I called back and asked for an appointment, she told me I had to pay $280 up front, even though they clearly stated they were accepting my Cigna open insurance. 「嫌なら来るな！」 初回申込の電話をしました。先生が出て、初回コンサルティングは無料だが、診察・検査費用は有料となると会話がありました。その後、予約日を確認するため、改めて電話したところ、女性が電話に出て、「コンサルティングが無料になる筈はない。」と会話を遮り、一方的に英語で話してきました。先生に事実を確認してしたいと取次を頼むと、「忙しくて出られない。」と返答あり。担当では会話にならないと判断し、マネージャーをお願いすると、女性は「私がマネージャーだ。こちらで時間をとってコンサルしてやるのだから、お金がかかるのは当然だ。嫌なら来るな」と言われて一方的に会話が終了しました。 改めて電話し、状況を先生に確認したところ、 ・女性の応対に不備があった。 ・初回コンサルティングは無料と話したが、実際には診察・検査として請求するという意味だった ・保険会社の支払いが悪く、支払われないケースが多々あるため、患者が全額支払い（初回診察280ドル程度）、保険会社から支払いを受けたらその分をリファンドしたい と連絡がありました。女性スタッフ（奥様でしょうか？）のカスタマーサービスは最悪で、客商売には向いていません。この後、改めてクリニックへ電話したところ、女性ス... read more

I have been visiting this office for years .... I have not had any complaints until today ..had a from a ski vacation ... I fell badly and injured my leg ....
