I replaced the cracked rear refractory panel in this factory built fireplace. I had to remove one of the refractory panels from the floor as well as the left side refractory panel in order to remove and replace the rear panel. The outside combustion air vent is visible on the rear wall of the fireplace when the refractory panel is removed.
This is a Quadrafire wood burning fireplace insert that I installed with a stainless steel chimney lining system.
