Anthony was very professional and did a great job cleaning and repairing our fireplace. Quality work and great pricing. We will be using him in the future, and highly recommend.
Went with ace last summer for a new chimney liner and flashing because they were by far the most affordable price and one of the few companies that didn't charge us for an "inspection" just to give us a quote. They ended up having to come back a second time after we still noticed sunlight around the "flashing" through our attic. This summer we have had leaking around the flashing every time it rains and now water damage to the attic joists and crumbling bricks on our chimney from water damage. These guys were great! I called Ace to help me troubleshoot my wood burning fireplace/chimney. There were kind, courteous, on time and showed me everything I need to know. Their rate for an inspection was very competitive. They made sure I had a fire safety plan to put out any unwanted flames. I highly recommend and would hire them again.
We had Ace come out to service our gas fireplace. They did an outside inspection but not a camera inspection of the inside. I was told we needed a new pilot assembly and was quoted a price of $2,000. I checked with another fireplace service contractor and they said the pilot assembly is under $100. Do NOT have work done by this company without a second quote!
I had ACE Chimney cap off my chimney. Anthony and his colleague were great ... arrived on time and did the job professionally at a reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation recommending ACE Chimney.
