I have nothing but positive things to say about my Ace Chem-Dry experience. Scheduling was easy with a phone call and the representative on the other end was very kind and easy to work with. On my service day, they called me about half way through the arrival window to let me know that they would be a little late due to a project before mine being larger than expected.
