The customer service was good but ridiculous that because the word Dr. and not Mr was infront of the check they assume it was made out to a business. Fortunately I took it to truist next door where i hold my corporate accounts and they cashed it immediately with NO FEE. I understand you guys have policies but at least make it known on your website what you need to cash business checks.
