Erica was very pleasant and made the process easy. For those of us with disabilities, some stools to sit on would be nice.
Erica was super! Will be coming back to do more financial services and have a cup of coffee with her! She mentioned to me about them having a customer appreciation day scheduled on May 2. I will be there with 🔔 bells on to have that cuppa coffee with her!
I started out at Walmart to cash my check...they started to process it and made me sign it ...then they said they couldn't help me after my signature was on it .then I went to a few other places before I found ACEand they all said they couldn't help me because I had already signed it ...then I found Ace I went in thinking I was doomed to get my check cashed and I went to the window and started talking to Erica she was wonderful..she helped me and walked me through the whole process..It was late and she asked me to come back ... read more
