Paid a loan at an ace but payment doesn't reflect in the system because you can't make a payment in store in Ohio. Still haven't been refunded. Pain and suffering?
Terrible company. Tried to cash 4 $1000 money orders. I realized that's probably more than they are used to so I called ahead to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. Of course, when I get there, different story. They had to call a supervisor which I could overhear go directly to voicemail and then I guess they expected me to sit around and twiddle my thumbs before their incompetent manager called back. I didn't have the time so I went to a different location. Same result except they told me it had already been denied by them ... read more
