I had contacted multiple locations that handle Moneygram processing but none were able to handle the business I had. So, I contacted Irene J. who was professional and stated they could help me. I arrived a few minutes later to a clean and organized office. Irene recognized my voice was professional, polite and curtious. I showed ID, signed paperwork and received the funds. I appreciated the speed and professionalism displayed and before leaving she informed me of the office location move which was appreciated.
