Great customer service I like the new digital service makes it more convenient on paying back loan
Jem is such a Gem!! She was so efficient and so kind helping me yesterday! She made the whole process quick, easy, and even fun. I didn't have my paper copies of my check stubs and she quickly gave me a local solution for printing that cost me less than 20 cents! Couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks Jem!! Also, 96° day and that AC was crispy cool in the lobby , thank goodness Also, very clean. Thanks again!
When u need quick money between payday it's great, but I can't say the people working there are the best at customer service but the absolute worst part is they seem to think they NEVER need more than 1 person working. Every time I go in there, there's always a line of people waiting & each person takes a little bit of time. It is so frustrating cuz u have to pay cash so there's no other to do it.
Weena was super helpful with helping me cash an oversized check.
