AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! I would get told one thing and then something completely different. They literally don't tell you anything until after the fact and they give you the run around so you waste your money and time. If they give you a discount they won't honor it, then when you pay ON TIME AND IN FULL they won't let you reloan even if all of your information is exactly the same. Avoid at all costs.
