Very nice people! Willing to help out by allowing you to make payment arrangements. However, be warned, traditionally they are awesome about calling you back BEFORE your payment is due, in fact normally they bug you daily about it (This is a GOOD thing). However, on this last time, they did not call me, my memory is poor, and it went to corporate for collection.
