The staff at the store were great, the selection was great and I love my floor!! The men who layed it were efficient and respectful, so helpful. Definitely recommend them!!
I've had to call three times to get someone out here to measure and that was two weeks ago. I scheduled a day for them to come all three times and no one showed up until I called the third week in a row. The man that came acted like we were wasting his time and was rude. Its been two weeks since they came to measure and still no estimate. I will not call a 4th time, its very clear to me that my business is unwanted.
