I gave a 5 star review because Elmer the sales rep and the three men that installed our floors went above average to sale and install our floors. Everyone was kind and respectful to us and did a good job laying the floors. I would recommend Ace Carpet and Flooring for all of your floors. They go way of of there way to please.
Bought a brand new house and had it Built, had few pieces of rock under the planks. I called and seen them several times. They kept telling me the was going to fix it. It's been now over 2 yrs and still hasn't been fixed!!! Horrible service
The staff at the store were great, the selection was great and I love my floor!! The men who layed it were efficient and respectful, so helpful. Definitely recommend them!!
I've had to call three times to get someone out here to measure and that was two weeks ago. I scheduled a day for them to come all three times and no one showed up until I called the third week in a row. The man that came acted like we were wasting his time and was rude. Its been two weeks since they came to measure and still no estimate. I will not call a 4th time, its very clear to me that my business is unwanted. I try to support local but it has been FIVE weeks since trying to get my carpet replaced and I can't seem to g... read more
