I just had Eric come and spot clean my bedroom and clean my circular round carpet in the hallway. He did a fantastic job and called me when he would arrive. I would highly reccommend Ace for your carpet needs. Eric was friendly and explained exactly what he would do for me. They were very resonably priced for a job well done.
Horrible job! I hired this company as referred by a friend and they got here an hour late and left my carpet soaked and soapy ! Do not recommend to anyone!
Robert’s son Erik came out in a pinch emergency cleaning to get some droplets blood out of a wool carpet. Called and fortunately just finished a job and came straight here! Polite and courteous and told me it could show up once dry. He said for blood sometimes you have to clean it a few times to get it out. And not always guaranteed. If it does come back he said give me a call and I for sure will. Thank you Erik!!
On Time, well organized, friendly, Covid-19 safe, diligent at his job. They did a nice job and were very careful. Nice young Son of owner seems to be an asset to his Dads company. Pricing was fair. I will definitely use them again!
