Very disappointed in the quality, attention to detail, cleanliness, and over all communication from this company. We got a quote for a fence, two sides and two gates, and they said they would start October 8th. The company offered a discounted price if we paid in full, please do NOT make the same mistake we did. The sight was dirty all the time, tools left everywhere, loose nails, trash left in the grass, and items to consume not picked up by the workers who came. Lester and Byron were very friendly and helpful with our bathroom remodel. We have an older 1946 home that came with a lot of obstacles in the remodel but they worked with us to give us a new bathroom that fits better than what we had for the small space that it was. Any problems that we pointed out they were happy to correct. Their communication and timeliness could have been better, but overall we were very satisfied with the work.
My refrigerator water supply hose sprung a leak while I was on vacation. Since I have LVF I thought cleaning up the water would be fine. But 9 months later I could feel a soft spot and a bump in the floor. Not only did Ace carpentry come over take a look and bid, but within 2 weeks were able to schedule fixing my floor. They numbered all my LVF floor planks, removed trim, then replaced the subfloor, and then put the jigsaw puzzle LVF back together. You would never know the flooring had been removed. After trying 3 other companies for water damage in our bathroom, I contacted Ace Carpentry. Because of our bad luck, I was skeptical about ever finding someone to do the job. I contacted Ace, and they came out the same day for an estimate. Once everything was approved by the insurance company, Ace asked if they could drop off materials that evening, and they started the work the next morning.
