Brought a brand new Caravan- a Lemon !!Was recommended by a friend to take it to Ace Caravan Repairs. Michael, David and Michael looked after me and repaired my Caravan, fixing many issues that should not have been passed on pick up day. Would highly recommended this team and every year I’ll be back for my vans service.👍😊👍
We took our caravan to Ace with some major electrical damage. At first they said it would probably be a write off but after we explained how much the van meant to us, they agreed to tackle the job. The damage was greater than we all first thought but by the time we picked it up again absolutely everything had been repaired or replaced and so much safer than the original electrical system had ever been. You can tell they really care about doing a good job. They explained everything clearly, gave us practical suggestions, and were super patient with all our questions. It’s not often to find a service team that makes you feel this comfortable and confident. We left our van with them knowing it was in the best hands.
