The first week of July we paid a down-payment to Ace, in order to get on the 4 week waiting list. It is now the 20th of Sept., the electrician has never shown up. We’ve been promised multiple dates, and then told we misunderstood. They did install the sliding patio door, but then took the outside door trim with them to cut to size, and they would be back the next day. Here we are 3 weeks later with no door trim. We’ve asked for our money back and our door trim. Still waiting on that.
