RecommendedAce Towing and Body Shop is terrific !! Pete is honest and does what he says he will do. They fixed my bashed in bumper and beat the time estimate and made it nearly half less on the original $$ estimate. Each time have used them, they have done an excellent job. Not only that, Pete works for months on the Christmas Lights at this property for everyone to enjoy for FREE.
I’ll never understand why people drive so stupid when you have the business name on the truck. Whoever was driving the tow truck in Roseville today by the mall this is for you.
Horrible service, driver acted incompetent, so he didn't have to put the car where I wanted it. Had all the room in the world. Just wanted to dump it and leave. Then wouldn't talk to me afterwards like a spoiled brat. Pouted and left without saying anything. Called the dispatcher she was even worse. Just wanted to defend the driver who had already called her to cover his ass. Gave up talking to her said I'll give you a bad review. Worst experience ever. The driver Phil was an absolute jerk. Was so rude, lacked even a modicum of empathy or respect. There's also a lack of communication between the dispatcher and the drivers. Wouldn't recommend them for anything but I would recommend you NOT go through them.
One of the most un compassionate places I've ever had to do with, besides utter rudnesd from the female secretarys!! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy....... Wouldn't even help for the animals involved....saying they are a tight budget family company, yet they just bought a pretty new car hauler flatbed. My opinion stay far away from evil !!!!
