Awsome service and repairs - Great shop!!!! – I have used Ace Body and Frame for over 20 years. My father was a mechanic for a major Chevrolet dealership for over 45 years and when he passed, there was absoutely no one I trusted to repair my vehicles until I found Ace Body. They have repaired at least 9 or 10 accidents, three of them major, and done numerous mechanical repairs of which I have been 100% satisfied. Honest and Reliable – Ace is the place! Ace Body & Frame is the only place I feel 100% comfortable to take my car and truck to be repaired, whether mechanical or body. My beautiful RED Solara convertible was hit from the side recently, they fixed it up and it looks brand new again. Everyone is great to work with, they really care about the customer, and take great pride in their work. I am a HAPPY long term customer and I would recommend them to everyone.
Top Notch Service – I used ACE Body & Frame and was absolutely 100% Satisfied. I don't know what the other person is talking about. I have a hard time believing any of it. ACE Body & Frame repaired several dents and scratches on my Altima. They were VERY Professional in every way. They had my vehicle for one day and even delivered it to me in Rockwall. RE: previous review – I am one of the owners of Ace Body and Frame, we've been in business for over 20 years. I always hold our customers with the highest regards, and ensure they recieve good customer service. In regards to the review above, I personally have dealt with this customer and family for years without any issues. In 20 years our business has never had any complaints other than this one. This person's complaint is inaccurate, and baseless.
Made Desperate by Recession – Ace Body Frame used to be respected, but I guess the recession has made them desperate enough to risk losing their long-term faithful customers. I took my car into Ace for an inspection, but needed the horn fixed to pass inspection. Ace offered to replace the airbag module - now I have NO AIRBAG. I am the same reviewer as above but have learned this new info - not only did Ace cut my drive belt with a knife, they stole my airbag too. I will see them in court.
