Worse strata experience ever. I dealt with Reena Chand for our building and scammed so much money off us. Never respond on time, keeps changing their advice and dragging the process on, but happily keeps raising prices and special levies. Was with us for many years and the results were we never have any funds in the sinking, our building is no longer compliant anymore as they failed to get any annual certificate for many years and we are up for fines. DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want to be paying extra for terrible service.
Professional and personal service as to be expected with a well run family business.
We use Ace to manage the strata for the complex my apartment is located. In summary they have done and doing an excellent job. They have come in looked at long standing issues and very close to resolving all of them. Brilliant team that are outcome focused and get the job done.
