There's no sign on the establishment showing hours of operation. Online hours says it opens at 9:30 am I've been parked outside the store since 9:29 am and it's not open yet at 9:43 am
Worst service yet here in Louisville. I was trying to buy a wig.... I was charged $1 for stocking cap to.try in wig, couldn't try the wig on in the color that I desired and was limited to only trying on 2 wigs??? Maybe that's why there was only 4 of us in this horribly isle congested place!
I'm not 100% sure but I think they've changed ownership over the years. They don't seem as well stocked as they used to be when it comes to certain items. I know they are a small store but I feel like they're disconnected from their customers. They just run the store and that's it. They never really seem too knowledgeable about what they carry.
