I was so disappointed to see that I couldn't exchange the of pack of hair I bought on 10/16. This hair is so bad for $62.99 a pack I was expecting this 100% Human hair Freetress bulk to last at least 1month. What a waist of money. Now I'm stuck with a pack of hair that I can't even use. And the lady at the shop is telling me to sale it. Really, sale it! Where? You definitely lost one great customer. Thank you for your response.
