Used to like it when I first started, but it went downhill from there. Me and one other guy on a team working while foreman sits in truck. Hardly live off of a 40 hour week paycheck, only reason I joined was for the overtime… but haven’t had that in a long time. Furthermore, the lack of communication in the company and with other company’s is very poor. Only reason I work here is because of how close I live.
